Terms and Conditions of Sale for Hotel Le Manoir

The client expressly acknowledges having access to these terms, having read, understood, and unconditionally accepted them. Any reservation made via our website, phone, email, or through a sales provider implies consultation and express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS), which can be saved or printed by the client.

 

1. Prices

  1. Service prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes, and include the tourist tax unless otherwise specified. Hotel Le Manoir reserves the right to change its rates at any time; however, the applicable rates are those in effect at the time of booking confirmation.
  2. 2. Payment Terms
    Full payment is required before arrival via bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). No reservation is confirmed without this payment.
  3. 3. Billing and Late Payment
    Invoices are payable upon receipt. In case of late payment, an interest rate of 3% per month of delay will automatically be applied, along with a flat fee of €100 for collection expenses.
  4. 4. Cancellation
    Reservation cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

    • Flexible: Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before check-in (4 p.m.). For cancellations after this period, the client is responsible for the full payment of the first night.
    • Non-refundable: This rate requires full payment at the time of booking, with no cancellation or refund option.
      In case of no-show, the total reservation amount will be due in full.
  5. 5. Applicable Law and Disputes
    These TCS are governed by Belgian law, in the French language. In case of a dispute, the competent courts are those in the jurisdiction of Marche-en-Famenne.
  6. 6. Hotel Regulations
    The internal regulations are an integral part of the TCS of Hotel Le Manoir.

    • Presentation and Respect for the Premises: Clients must wear appropriate attire in common areas. The hotel reserves the right to deny access to individuals in inappropriate attire, creating noise, or disturbing others. Any client violating these rules may be excluded without a refund.
    • Noise Disturbances: Clients must respect others’ rest by avoiding excessive noise in rooms, corridors, and common areas, particularly between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Excessive noise may result in immediate expulsion without a refund.
    • Prohibitions: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including in the rooms. Any violation of this rule will result in a €300 cleaning and restoration fee. The use of cooking equipment in rooms is also prohibited. Rooms may not accommodate more people than their maximum capacity unless expressly authorized by the hotel.
    • Damage and Liability: Clients are responsible for any damage to the hotel’s furniture or equipment. Any damage will be billed accordingly.
    • Valuables: The hotel assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to clients’ personal belongings.
  7. 7. Check-in and Check-out
    • Check-in: Rooms are available from 4 p.m.
    • Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Late departures may incur additional charges.
    • In case of late arrival, the client must contact the hotel to receive access instructions.
  8. 8. Pets
    Pets are not allowed in the establishment. Any violation may result in additional charges and reservation cancellation without a refund.
  9. 9. Parking
    The hotel provides parking for its clients. However, the hotel assumes no responsibility for damage to parked vehicles.
  10. 10. WiFi
    A complimentary WiFi service is available to clients.
  11. 11. Minors
    Minors are under the responsibility of their accompanying adults. Loud activities are strictly prohibited in common areas.
